Economic FactorsThe Astral Dominion League Economy will be based on 2 basic factors. These 2 factors are: Factor AccountingThese two factors are generated each Turn in the following ways. C-BillsC-Bills are generated through the industrialization of "Garrisoned" planets. That means that Teams will gain income in the form of C-Bills each turn for every Planet that they maintain a Garrison upon. A Garrison will take the minimum form of 1(one) Trinary of (15) Mechs for Clan Teams, and 1(one) Company of (12) Mechs for Inner Sphere Teams. A Comstar and Word of Blake Garrison consists of 2(two) Level II Units (12 Mechs), as detailed in their “Unit Force Allocation”. Actual income from each planet is pre-determined in the League Automation. Raw Materials (RawM)RawM is also generated through the industrialization of "Garrisoned" planets. Every planet in a Team Leader’s territory produces Raw Materials of varying amounts. These Raw Materials will be collected from Garrisoned planets each Turn, and placed in the Team Leader’s “account”, to be used as he wishes. The Team Leader can use this RawM in ‘Mech Production, or if so desired, RawM can be sold/transferred to other Teams for C-Bills and/or services (payment). The totals of each of these factors accumulated each Turn will be detailed and displayed separately on the Team Leader’s Management Page as the Gross National Product (GNP) of that Team.
