The TeamsThe Teams used in the League will take 3 Forms: Major Teams (which include the Invading Clans, and Inner Sphere Houses, the “Home” Clans located outside the Inner Sphere, Special Teams (also referred to as “Special”, below), and Minor Teams (Mercenaries, Pirates, and Periphery Realms). These are the Teams available for use in the League, their Capital World, and their Team Abbreviation. At no time will “non-FASA” Teams will be permitted in the league, with the exception of Mercenary Teams. Although this might seem very limiting, the way in which forces and resources were allocated does not permit the addition of Teams which are outside of the FASA BattleTech Universe.
** The Free Rasalhague Republic will be included with Comstar as their Protectorate The “Special” Clans listed above, refer to those who hold planets in “Clan Space”.
