Withdrawal from Battle before the first engagement

Any Team, especially those that are under especially heavy attack during a turn, may cancel/withdraw from a planned attack or defense at any time, prior to 24 hours before a scheduled Battle is to take place, with only the loss of funds expended. Team Leaders withdrawing from battles in such a manner must ensure that they notify their Opponent as soon as they have confirmed their withdrawal in the Automation.
