Capital WorldEach Team has a specified "Capital World", which represents the seat of that particular Team's Government. When another Team takes a Capital World in a Planetary Assault, the effects are more severe than the loss of a simple Planet. Although multiple levels of Government and redundancy can limit the impact of such an incident, the following will occur: All monetary funds that currently being held in that Team's Account will be transferred directly to the account of the new owner. These transfers will be implemented during the Submission Phase of the next Turn.
